Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the Renewed Foods website and orders for its products. Using the website or placing a delivery order means you accept these terms. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version applies.

Use of the website

The website provides information about the company, its products and how to contact it. The logo, text, photos and files on the website belong to Renewed Foods and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without its written permission.

Orders

• Orders are placed by WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form on the website.
• Each order specifies the product and cut, the peel option (peeled or skin-on), the pack size, the quantity, and the delivery time and location.
• An order becomes binding only once the company has confirmed it.

Prices

Prices are set in the quotation approved for each customer, based on products and quantities, and apply for the period stated in it.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to the company's account. No other payment method, and no deferred payment, is accepted without a prior written agreement with the company.

Delivery

• Delivery is within Riyadh.
• Orders are delivered according to the delivery schedule agreed with the customer. Urgent orders can be delivered the same or the next day, subject to availability.
• The company keeps to the agreed delivery times and informs the customer in advance of any change to a delivery time.

Changing or cancelling an order

The customer may change or cancel an order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Changes or cancellations after that require the company's agreement.

Receipt and storage

• The customer or their representative checks the order on receipt. Any issue is handled under the refund policy.
• The customer must keep the product chilled as soon as it is received. The company is not responsible for the result of storing it otherwise.

Limitation of liability

The company's liability shall not in any case exceed the value of the order concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

The company may update these terms from time to time. Any update is published on this page with its date and applies to orders placed after publication.
